Making Poe Trade Great with player interaction

Make the auction house to literally solve all main problems with current trading system, scammers, price fixers, people that dont answer, not online or "player quit the league" items that will never be sold.

NOW, to still have player interaction, just make a piece of furniture or an npc that you place in the hideout so that people that bought your items have to go to your hideout and interact with it to get the items they bought.

Of course, for that to work the default on interacting with portals must be party-only to prevent griefing.

This way, everyone wins, you don't stop your grind, people buying doesn't stop their grind, and you'll still have to see other people's hideouts and they will see yours.

I've had around 500 trade interactions this league, maybe more, and only one of them was unpleasant. It makes me wonder how some people have such consistently bad experiences with trading. Maybe you're just trying to buy from the guy who has ten identical items listed at the top?
Maybe we don't need an auction house, just a proper guide on how to trade effectively.

You could have a billion positive interactions, that doesn't mean that the system can't be improved. 95% of my interactions this league have been positive, but why should I settle for that, why not want 100% of positive interactions? I want to waste as little of my time as possible trading, to do what I play to do, which is grind.

If the trading system needs an external guide on how to trade effectively, the system is not good.

Just because you are knowledgeable about the trading system, doesn't mean that the trade system is good, it just means that you're good at trading. Also, if you're acknowledging that people have consistent problems in the trade, maybe that means that the system is not good?

Why does a player have to worry about getting scammed, or have a worse experience because of price fixers, or people that just don't sell the item?

Since you used your personal experience, I'll use one of mine. Have you tried trading in PoE2? I rage quit on endgame after trying to buy gear for a full week.

Not everyone needs a guide—those with common sense usually understand how things work and can trade without issues. A guide is needed for the people who have lower mental capacity.

I avoid trading entirely in PoE2, but these issues will likely improve over time as tourists leave the game. There's really no need to change anything except for some quality-of-life improvements, as you said many things can be improved.
