Baited into an account lock and i cant get a response from anyone!

I said another players name in chat and now my account has been locked for posting pornographic links. I made a thread on this earlier and it was moved and seems to be taken down. I tried to message the admin that responded to it after they told me to message them if i had further questions and I cant even do that. I even complied with what they asked of me when I emailed support by letting them know the link they said i sent was literally a persons name in chat offering free magebloods and that i wouldnt let it happen again. What is happening?!

I mean no disrespect to any of you all. You have an amazing game studio and I have been a fan for probably over a decade by now with thousands of hours between poe1 and 2 and try to support you as much as i can. Im just not understanding how me saying someones name gets my account locked for my whole game day. Its very frustrating and I would like it handled. Seeing reddit threads of everyone saying this can take over a month is very unsettling as well.

I'm in somewhat of a similar situation, unfortunately. I've been told already by others that we're probably out of luck. Your money and support means nothing apparently.
