Account lock

I have an account lock on my main account for saying i love "insert character name here". I reached out to support and they responded in 10 minutes saying that i sent pornographic links in global chat and that they could help me get my account unlocked if i assured them it wouldnt happen again. I told them that i believe the name was either bait to get people banned or the name just slipped through the cracks and it was apparently a pornographic website ive never heard of. I also assured them that it would not happen again but there has been no response after that for hours and my account is still locked. Please help.

GGG will respond to you once your ticket reaches the top of the queue.
I don't know what you mean by "many hours", but please understand it's 7:11 am, Saturday morning, where GGG's office is located. They won't exactly have had a full shift the last few hours. I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent... I see. I didnt know it was that early. Its only been a few hours but the first response they had was within 10 minutes so i wasnt sure if something happened or that this was normal.
