Interface problems /Not a bug

Problem with buff icons - when you press F1, "overlay" with latency became "underlay" and i dont see anything on it, because of lot of buffs i have.
Anothe problem, when i fight boss, i dont see my buffs, because of boss HP bar hide them.

Could we make overlay work over game screen and move boss hp bar alittle lover?
