A silly lore theory

I've probably been playing the game too much because I thought of a lore theory so profoundly silly that it woke me up out of a sound sleep. The Elderslayers all had projections of themselves. I thought about what Zana is trying to accomplish by anchoring memories in the atlas. Then I thought, is the Elder the Shaper's projection? Are they facets of the same person the way the Elderslayer's projections are? Is Zana trying to create her own version of the Elder to replace it and undo what happened to her father, Sirus, and everyone else?
