Looking at my account name here (which I've told you about 3 days ago) you can probably figure out the issue I'm having and I'm not getting any response and after in total 3k+ hours and so much support financially too, I feel so mistreated. The support is through love, not obligation, but I feel like it's meant nothing and I would just like to please get some help because I do not understand why it has to take this long. It's ridiculous please just help me Just look at the ticket and tell me how its fair. It's not even a ban for something ridiculous, you know what it's for and how much information I've provided. Why am I not getting any help in this at all it's been over a week and I am just so upset by this whole sh***y situation i'd just play on a new account but I play exclusively on SSF so that progress will be wasted and I have so much MTX that I want to use... Please just unlock my main account. All I want is to play the game I've spent thousands of hours and euro's on. I feel so horrible that I can't play it during my rare free time and I feel so unjustly punished. I have, over a week ago and in between with all the information that was requested + more! but the responses are so incredibly slow and even non existent for the past couple of days and I know this is an easy issue to fix because it has happened before and it's INCREDIBLY frustrating that I'm not getting any responses. Incredibly so. I'm not just locked out of POE1, but also 2. Please just respond and help me
Just escalate the ticket to someone that can help me please. I know you dont respond to emails in the weekends so please fix this today i've always supported and and spoke so highly of GGG but this entire situation is making me rethink all of that and it sucks its a really bad feeling and I cant believe how nobody seems to care I've added my discord to my emails and even my phone number is available to you so there should be no reason not to get any kind of help on this simple issue Please just unlock my main account. All I want is to play the game I've spent thousands of hours and euro's on. I feel so horrible that I can't play it during my rare free time and I feel so unjustly punished. No idea why you got locked. If it's because you were hacked, lost your password, or otherwise need to prove ownership; over the last few months I've seen 4 and 5 month despair threads posted this year. Their turn around between messages (beyond front line support sending an initial "my boss will need X, Y, and Z" reply to the initial inquiry) has been reported at 4-6 weeks.
If you're locked out over something else, I haven't seen enough threads to guess at how slow they'll be beyond that it's disgracefully awful. It's been 8 months since POE2 launched and support collapsed under load. Basic issues have been getting fast turn arounds for the last few months, but there has been no indication that they're catching up on anything complex that needs senior staff involvement. I have no idea why GGG hasn't either trained some front line support staff to handle complex issues or had an existing senior person work it full time to drain the backlog; but they haven't. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?

Suspicious login attempt apparently.
My big problem here is aside from the amount of money that I've spent or the hours supporting POE, I work ~60 hours a week and this week I finally had a week vacation for the first time in over a year. I was so looking forward to spending it playing this game but nope. This sucks and I feel so under appreciated and not cared for. How much longer do I have to wait for this simple issue? And once I finally can play, who's to say it wont happen again? What if I buy a 480eur supporter pack and get locked again? I feel hesitant in supporting because of this entire situation. I have literal signed art on my wall that doesn't look the same because of this situation. I know it sounds ridiculous but I feel what I feel and it's horrible and undeserved. How can I recommend any of my friends, or really anyone, play this game and give their hard earned money after experiencing this? Account security is very important I realise this, but if this system is in place then at least have the people in place to resolve these issues in a timely manner that respects your customers. This sucks and I feel horrible and I can't understand how no GGG employee seems to care Please just unlock my main account. All I want is to play the game I've spent thousands of hours and euro's on. I'm not sure, but fear that's going into the prove ownership workflow. Have they asked details about prior pack purchases or your geographic location when creating the account? I know they use that info to prove ownership.
If that's the case you're probably screwed until next year. If you're using your bound email you might be on a faster workflow. maybe???? I can't and haven't recommended poe 1/2 since last December when support imploded; and you shouldn't either. Instead i follow support telling people the bad news GGGs minions won't. Yep, regular email thats attached to my account, bank statements, reciepts, information about characters, guild, connected apps, all my information and previous emails even with chris wilson himself. Nothing in response
