too much %Increased Rare Monsters in map = no increase.

I juiced a bunch of rare monster numbers on towers, and then ran maps with and without rare monster increase. Some maps, it seems, can't handle a very high amount, and then just rolls back to 0% increase, or something like that. I'm talking 200-300% final result once in map, but there are 6-8 rares or something.

On maps that can handle a lot, the threshold seems to be higher, so you get lots of rares. But they can also fail if it's too high.

This does not seem to be an issue if the overall increase is not that high for the map.

From my testing, I'm 90% sure this is what's happening. Or something of this nature.

If this is indeed what is happening, please fix it and make it so that it doesn't roll back to 0%, but goes up to the maximum number it can handle. Otherwise it ruins the whole map, and even tower setup.
