Please roll back Betrayal Mechanics

Hi Devs

The new revamp for the Syndicate is terriable, you just did something like Sacred Orb before. There has never been an issue with the mastermind, I have no idea why you change that, Currently to put syndicate under specific departmentis almost worthless, the best way is to speedrun the safehouse and wish to get the ticket drop for Catarina or the right emble.
