Can starfall crater appear in influenced maps?

Greetings exiles!

Lately I've been running t16 influenced maps with all Kalguuran passive tre nodes (except for lost treasures) and torment spirits for some dust. I also do 2 Kalguuran scarabs for ores and Settlers crafting option in map device. I've run like 150 of those already and got verisium in 3/4 - 4/5 of those, but it never changed to starfall crater.. I'm getting good returns from maps itself but was hoping for a chance to hit an extra jackpot.

Am I super unlucky or the crater just can't spawn in influenced maps?

Hi!yesterday I ran 80 maps with lost in transit and get 4 Starfall craters. 1 black knight dropped svallin.
Today I ran 100 more and got 0 craters. Idk man it's just too random :/
Wanna try to run 1000 maps with lost in transit and 1000 without it to compare how it affects craters spawn rate

I can confirm they can appear in T17 maps and regular ones influenced by Maven/Exarch/Eater, got plenty of those.

I don't see why they wouldn't appear in T16.5, but I did not run many of those lately.
