PC Freeze / Max fan crash - black screen(X3D)

Hi,

Anyone else having weird freezes recently?

Since day or two, i got random PC crashes constantly.
GPU fans goes to 100%, black sreen.

It's mostly random, but opening atlas seems most likely way to repoduce.

Only way out is hard reset.
Remember having this some time in the past, was fixed, now it's back....
