Slow mechanics are broken

Slow is too OP. I'm rendered useless with chill or any other slow mechanic. Can't cast fast enough to clear the waves, can't run away so the slow goes away, can't dodge because it is useless (the time it takes to recover is too long, when I dodge I end up worst positioned), and its even worse if there are enemies that interrupt casting. I'd suggest to imporve the dodge mechanic, make it 60% faster, and eliminate the time between ending the dodge, and starting to walk again

The whole combat mechanics is strange in this game. Freeze, slow, Random Critical Kill (done intentionally), missing META combat system, delay cast skill...
Flip it and use slow mechanics to make monsters a joke, I play chronomancer that makes all enemies snails that cannot hit me hahah
