Hi guys from GGG! I know terms of policy about RMT and how do you looking at this topic. Here I paste a link to a dude that he claims to do a giveaway for his subs and commenters! [Removed by Support]

Think the wording is Offering goods or services for gains outside of the game, be it subs or real money.
