Simulacrum Mercenary Respawn basic attack

When respawning in a simulacrum as my mercenary, it makes me revert back to basic attack when i dont have it on my skill bar at all (default is galv shards).
I dont have enough time to change to any other skills before getting stun locked and dying.

Please fix both issues.
Stun lock respawn and forced basic attack on respawn

it always happens not only simulacrum. it's just bad.
and die in a simulacrum should reset the wave you're in because spawning at checkpoint with all mobs spawned and ready plus that issue it's better you start over :D
