Unable to search for Alchemical Resonators on bulk item exchange of trade site for Ruthless leagues

The Bulk Item Exchange only shows Chaotic Resonators, but those are not available in Ruthless.

This is a current limitation of the system, we can't do Ruthless-league-specific filtering. It is on the TODO list!
