Account email issue

Hello!
The email address used for my account was stolen and I'm unable to retrieve it by any means since Yahoo has to identify me with the fake information put in by the hacker... Is there a way that I can change the email address to a valid one? PS. My PoE account is linked to my Steam. I did corrected my email on Steam and have access to it. This is important to me.
