Please consider reworking slowing effects/debuffs.

In my opinion, this has been a problem for quite some time now... There are WAY too many different slowing effects in the game that stack.

I'm not a game dev, so I don't know a thing about balancing this game, but I do know as a player, it's crazy that you can get slowed so much in a game where you typically die if you stand still for literally one second, even when trying to build defensively.

Or maybe a rework is not in order, but a means for the player to counter such slowing effects. As far as I know, there's Unstoppable on the Juggernaut, One Step Ahead on the Trickster, and maybe a unique or two?...

Maybe there is room for modifiers on jewels like "(30-50%) reduced effect of Action Speed (and/or Movement Speed) debuffs on you" or "Movement Speed cannot be lowered" crafts and such. Anything really. EDIT: Just make sure not to make the same mistake as in PoE2 where the mitigation doesn't work on some things, that really sucks and needs to be changed there.

Anyway, TLDR: No to stacking slowing debuffs, yes to (more) ways to counter slowing debuffs.

Thanks for reading.
