Lost early access

I purchased my early access key on my xbox, I now have a PC. I linked my POE2 account to my microsoft account and logged in, but its saying I no longer have early access and have to re-purchase it, which I'm definitely not doing. So how do I fix this or who can I contact to have it fixed?

The keys only work for the platform on which they were purchased, in your case, Xbox. So if you want to play on PC, you'll need to purchase a separate key for pc.
