self defeating skill gem restriction.

like this gem from a description could be easily used in any other skill except curses, but ggg """"""balancing"""""" team strikes again in their "wisdom" and shoehorn this gem ONLY TO CURSES that cost too much Espetially for blood mage, like whoever greenlit this should be fired. considering that makes passive "open sores" totally useless because if you wont recast curse every 8 second you wont have damage , which results in unwanted oneshots and way to much strain on flask charges, like blood mage + event horison cant live without it for five seconds and you forcing players to spend even more , no wonder that your game lost like 500k people since 0.2 disaster.
MAKE THIS GEM USABLE ON ALL HIT SKILLS BECAUSE ON CURSES ITS COSTS TOO MUCH AND MAKES INFINITE CURSE DURATION USEELESS! like blood mage chaos dot is already pain (more self damage then actuall damage ,only creeping contageon chains are good) to play and this forced garbage only makes it MUCH worse.

But if you want to deal int-scaled based on hit, there's plenty of options already?

Mana flare scales up on mana, which scales up on int.

Then there's the lightning passive.

And yeah, if you want to use Decaying Hex, you can't use Open Sores and you also can't use Decaying Hex with Blasphemy. But it is what it is.

If casting curses manually is looking like a problem, you can make a trigger that casts curses for you. Heck, if you build up your hit chance well-enough you can make it so your curse and Decaying Hex will be frequently triggering on hit.

well i am doing full chaos. autocast will kill me because hp cost to EVERY skill cast and additional +3% cost on chaos skills , issue is that i cant make use of my infinite curse duration because of ggg restrictive to fun build politics and contradicting on itself design. there is not much options for full chaos, like why do players have to work around each time when simplest solution just lift most of gem restrictions and make it in do whatever you want sandbox???
