Merc hunting QoL

Sooo, I'm fine with these guys having chase goals, but at the moment getting the right merc can feel excessively difficult at times. In my last few hundred or so maps I'm pretty sure I've seen fewer than 10 Cruel Mistresses, and none of them had the skills I needed

Having some means of manipulating appearance rate would be very welcome. A simple change would be to make it so if you exile a mercenary, they'll be the next merc type you see as soon as their exile either times out or is cancelled by exiling a different mercenary type. I had assumed it already worked this way until I tested it out, but as near as I can tell it truly is randomized

So for example, in my case, I'm hunting a Cruel Mistress, so the proposed change would allow me to force Int mercs to appear every tenth map by exiling them and then playing as normal, or every third map by exiling two other types and then exiling every merc I see until it forces Int to roll back around. Hopefully I did okay explaining this, it's simpler in practice than I think it maybe sounds

This could maybe be improved with scarabs. Having a scarab say merc are more likely to have Dex, Str, Int, then something else maybe 25% more currency or lucky rolls for the gear, say a merc spawns with 1-10 health on chest piece, the scarab could divine the gear and pick the better roll.

scarabs would be nice as well, for sure, but I just assumed we wouldn't be likely to get that unless Trarthans go core next league.

My hope certainly is that they will go core, and simply be restricted to single-player only, to make the currently quite massive gap between multiplayer and solo a bit smaller, but in the meantime I figured I'd just propose a fix that they could easily add mid-league without much work or any changes to loot
