Pausing for Icon Information

Having played POE2 I really liked the addition of being able to view the buffs/debuffs/curses etc. for console players when the ability to to pause midgame was added.

Now that pausing was implemented into POE1 would it be also possible to add the ability to view those icon descriptions?
