Severe Lag Spikes in Map Instances

I am loving the new league after 2 years rest from POE, but the lag spike is killing the fun a bit - In the campaign, I could fix this by refreshing the instance. But in maps, that’s not possible without losing the map. I have tried every solution now e.g changing network mode, using cloudflare WARP changing gateway, nothing really helps.... How frustrating do you find this issue?

Posting a WinMTR (without Cloudflare Warp or other VPNs active) could shed some light on the issue.
