help me diagnose the lag issues please.

i am going completely insane trying to make the game function.

this is what every instance looks like combined with up to multiple second delays. this only happens in poe so the issue is 100% with the servers. iove tried europe, russia, washington and multiple others but nothing ever works.

how do i diagnose where it is?

The exact same thing for me ever since patch that hit about 4 days ago. Game is unplayable and no one seems to have a fix.

Same. Hotfix a few days ago seemed to have bricked my FPS
