Unable to log in to my PoE account

Dear GGG,
upfront apologizing due to longer text but in order to explain the situation I have, it has to be.

My internet provider resets router every day, by doing so it changes IP address.
PoE recognizes this as logging in from different location (which is not accurate since I use desktop computer and I didn't move from my home for years).
Since today, I am not able to access my e-mail address due to google logging me out and not letting me log in (despite me knowing mail and password correctly).
This means that I also can't log in to PoE when that happens.

1) Is there a way that I can set up authentification (PoE unlock code) differently than through e-mail? i.e. username, password and authentificator or whatever.
2) Is there a way that I can tell PoE account that I am not changing location, so it doesn't ask me for unlock code every day?
