Fix loot = fix the game

Isometric games are not great at being simulation. All good ARPGS were driven by loot.

Here is what loot should be:
- Hard but possible to get
- Meaningful for your gameplay
- Already useful but can be improved in endgame

What Loot is right now:
- 99.9% useless (sadly accurate), unique rarity means nothing
- All items can be bought, drops are irrelevant
- Cannot be improved without high probability of breaking it


I think this will make or break POE2.
Hopefully GGG can save this otherwise promising game.
