Memory Tears never spawning in hundreds of maps

I have not had a single memory tear spawn since killing the last quest boss.

Played hundreds of maps, most of them with increased memory tear spawn chance on the atlas tree.

I first started in HCSSF, then migrated to HC Trade, later made a character in a private HC Trade league and also migrated it to HC Trade. I suspect that might be the cause of the problem. As far as I remember I killed the two first quest bosses on HCSSF and the last one after migrating to HC Trade.
