Withertouch mercenary breaking Pathfinder's poison proliferation.

As it has been noted by a plethora of reports, upon using any skill the withertouch mercenary will aply a chaos damage over time effect that will "brick" the proliferation from pathfinder, breaking any builds that require that mechanic to work (ex: Viper Strike of Mamba). I have tried fixing it with a varity of items, such as Wilma's Requital, Akoya's Gaze and Southbound, nothing seems to fix it. Could we please see a fix to this in a hotfix? it has been a ongoing issue since the start of the league.
