Weapon Swap Slot Mix-Up (Witch, Wand + Focus /Staff)

Hello,

There are multiple issues affecting my character on PS5 in Path of Exile 2:

1. The weapon swap behaves incorrectly. My secondary weapon is recognized as the primary, and I can only use my intended primary weapon if I place it into weapon set 2.
1.1 Switching back does not fix it, nor does changing zones or relogging.
1.2 I tried the Cache clearing and Rebuild the Database, but none of them worked.

2. Even if a skill consumes Spirit, the Spirit display is constantly stuck at maximum.


3. I cannot get the Withering Presence skill to go above 7% effectiveness no matter what I try.


4. If I combine Blasphemy with Despair, it does not work properly. When I try to disable Withering Presence due to not having enough Spirit, and then enable Blasphemy instead, the Withering Presence effect still remains on enemies, but stays capped at 7% effectiveness.


5. Additionally, the stash numbering is mixed up: instead of 1-2-3-4, it shows as 2-1-4-3. This is minor and I could live with it, but the other problems heavily impact the gameplay experience.
