Kind Request to Review and Lift Chat Mute

Dear Support Team,

I am a devoted player of Path of Exile 2, and my in-game ID is タピオカ_#6885.

Recently, I was muted by the system after posting in the world chat. I realized right away that I had posted in the wrong channel and that the message should have been sent in the trade channel. I immediately apologized in the world chat and then posted the trading message in the correct trade channel. I also have screenshots of the entire process, though I am unsure how to upload them.

I kindly ask the team to review the situation. A 48-hour mute is quite harsh, especially since it affects my entire weekend gaming time. I understand and respect the management measures in place to maintain a healthy game environment, but I sincerely hope that after reviewing the context, the mute can be lifted.

Mute Time: July 4th, 2025, at 21:13

Mute Reason: I mistakenly posted the following in the world chat:
"出一包18技能宝石10c 一包3级辅助2d"
(Selling a pack of level 18 skill gems for 10c, and a pack of level 3 support gems for 2d)

Please note that I have not engaged in any real-money trading. I was simply trying to exchange some currency items in-game to upgrade my equipment.
