Suggestion for Spark Celestial Cats MTX please

As the title says. I believe the community would LOVE Celestial Cat effect for Spark & Vaal Spark. Forbidden Rite already has the the asset, and everyone loves that one. I suggest we shrink that and have adorable zoomies all over our maps.
