Put a monster counter in store

Those of us who like to min/max would like for this to be available all the time. It does give people who have wheel of pain an advantage in tuning strats for quant since monsters = quant. I know we can "use incubators" to do the same thing but incubators also dont show us monster rarity.

It doesnt have to be wheel of pain, it could be anything, but let us buy a monster counter to use please.
