Disable crossplay grey checkmark

In the last week, disable crossplay somehow defaulted to a grey checkbox that I can’t uncheck.

I’m on Xbox and can no longer cross play. Same on all characters on this account. Any help, can’t trade or play with others outside Xbox anymore.

Still an issue and not able to play with friends or trade outside Xbox, any help?
