Faustus - visual improvement

I find the table pretty annoying to look at, it's forces us to do more math than necessary. I'll show you how I would prefer it to be.

Another side thing, I wish I could just set a ratio and a quantity, then Faustus would calculate the sum for me when I'm trying to buy or sell something.
