Allow us to chose T17 layouts

If you want to force endgame mapping into T17 do the following:

simple, if you find the dark seer in T16 he grants the option to chose the current map layout for all T17 maps. As for the map boss, just replace him with a portal to boss arena.

reasoning: T17 is by far the best place to farm but the layouts are just terrible.
