Celestial Nebula Hideout MTX

Went to someone's hideout and noticed the had the nebula flooring all over, does the MTX (not the drop chance) from Poe 1 transfer over or did that player obtain that flooring for Poe 2 a different way?

its called the "divergence environmental effect" for the flooring. I bought it on the poe1 mtx store and can confirm it did transfer.
