7 months and still waiting on support

I emailed support in November for help with merging my subaccount MTXs. I received a response the next day asking for more info. I responded immediately and that was the last I heard. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks...I guess. I understand the launch of PoE2 has put a strain on customer support but 7+ months seems to be a bit of a stretch. I guess I'll just hope that maybe I get a response before my ticket celebrates its birthday.
Has *ANYONE* had their MTX migrated between sub-accounts yet?

This doesn't seem like it should require more than clicking a button on an admin panel; which has me wondering if it's something that the developers haven't gotten around to actually implementing yet.

Given GGG expressly present this as "we will do it once, as a courtesy", I had wondered whether perhaps they were having staff manually remove each MTX entitlement on Platform A before manually granting it on Platform B (which would explain why unspent points don't "transfer").

I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
My guess is it's manual but even still 7 months seems like an awfully long time to wait to have 4 MTXs moved. They responded immediately and then went radio silent. At least send me an email saying "thanks for responding, its going to take awhile". At this point I'm just assuming they got my reply with the needed info because there's no way to check.
Same boat been waiting 7 months too. I honestly believe they have done 0 one time mtx transfers since Nov 12th. I have not seen one person say they've got this done in 7 months. Always see people posting about not getting this transfer done though all at the same point gave info and then nothing for insert number (7) of months.

Would be nice to have a update on the transfer from support on why its taking so long for everyone but i doubt it. Enjoy the transfer in 2026-2027 if we're lucky.
I have also been waiting since November, and I'm not aware of anyone who actually had their MTX transferred...
I've been waiting since December, got the email asking for more details after a week then silence.
