Equipping the same skin on multiple characters

Why can't I equip the same skin on different characters? I'm using the same account, same platform, same league, and I just can't equip a portal, wings, ring, or anything that's already on one character on another!

It makes absolutely no sense unless the goal is really just to squeeze money out of players. Seriously, this is ridiculously stupid!!!

If my characters don't have separate 'cash' from the supporter pack purchases, then why the hell should skins be treated separately???

Easy, false sense of scarcity or availability to get you to spend more $$$. It's very anti-consumer for sure. It's incredibly dumb for some skills like it warcries and auras for example, also on dual wield weapons.

MTX offered on supporter packs aren't limited to this but only on one character.

It's dumb and backwards from a consumer standpoint as well as downright egregious.
