The Stampede - make its anointability *FAR* more evident. Not in a grey font, not below flavor text

I could not believe when I found out these boots can be anointed.

The UX trains players to ignore anything below the bottom line. The fluff section, flavor text. General UX also trains humans to ignore grey text.

Putting a core feature of an item below the flavor text, and in grey no less, are imo flat out incorrect UX.
