Small buff to Dialla's Malefaction

The unique armour Dialla's Malefaction is, IMHO, the great example of what a unique should do. However, it could use a small buff since it provides practically no defence and requires exceptional gems to shine. My suggestion is to add an affix +(79-90) to Armour and Evasion Rating This little buff would allow Armour (max. res.) and Evasion (suppression) masteries. Then maybe add (10-20)% increased Global Defences to boost its viability a little more. Beware of the man who works hard to learn something, learns it, and finds himself no wiser than before. He is full of murderous resentment of people who are ignorant without having come by their ignorance the hard way.
