Failed to connect the instance

hi, I get disconnected when I try to enter a hideout. My latency drops to 0 and I get the error 'failed to connect the instance'. It doesn't happen every time, but it occurs about once every 4–5 hideouts that I visit. Once I get that error, I can't access that hideout in any way even reconnecting or changing servers doesn't help. I don't get this error in any other situation.
