Option to change variant of Ralakesh Boots?

Please introduce a way to change the variant of charges which are granted by Ralakesh's Impatience boots. I understand in the trade grand scheme of things this is superfluous, but SSF players always seem to catch strays when nerfs happen. Perhaps vendor recipe with lvl 20 color gem, or a even a reroll with divine.

It is a gut-wrenching moment to drop these boots in solo and not be the charge for your build. Let alone happening potentially multiple times.

I'm honestly surprised they can't be rerolled with a divine... what the hell?

You can reroll timeless jewels with divines, it's the same principle right?
