PoE 3 probably in one way or another but question is if it's 3D or 2D sprite based Terraria/Dead Cells style.
In his mind (just guessing) PoE2 is still too fast so likely a survival game where even in softcore you drop all loot on death like in Terraria mediumcore and if you can't recover it, it's gone. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore
