cannot connect ingame anymore

Good morning,
i try to cennect to che game, it tells me i've changed connection location, so it gives me by e-mail a code to reconnect... the problem is that i don't receive any mail by the game.
tryed to request it again, also to reset the psw but nothing changes..
i raceive no mails from the system.
