Poe spike casue the game the disconnect

I've been experiencing constant lag spikes while playing, with my latency jumping from around 12ms all the way up to 5000ms. This often results in rubberbanding and then the game crashes or disconnects entirely.

This issue is happening regularly and makes the game unplayable at times. I've run an MTR test to the game server to help diagnose the problem.
