Stuck in load screen

Every several maps I get stuck in load screen. Seriously about to quit this game!

Can you click F1 to see your latency as it's frozen? And are the gears still turning on your screen? I have a similar issue and it's somehow latency related despite most zones being 15ms consistently, I'll get ones that send my ping into the thousands if it finally loads. Northeast USA on Washington Gateway
