inventory/sell/collect reward causes crash

inventory/sell/collect reward causes crash
going to inventory crash
try to sell to vendor crash
try to collect reward for killing hollick from targleigh crash
some crashing was corrected by adding to MS 11 virus program as exception
such as not creating Folder path of exile in \documents\mygames
had to set all graphic setting to off or disabled
and it still crashing....
oh well guess it back to WOW or GW2 or FF
