Kalandras Touch doesn't work on Merc

The Ring Kalandra's Touch doesn't work when equiped on a Merc.

I believe it is bugged and the order in which the two rings get equipped is significant, when it shouldn't be.

Finger doesn't matter, just equip KT ring first.

It still doesn't work correctly, even with Kalandra's Touch on left slot.
I mean once I log out / log in, the bug reappears. |

Reequip the ring to temporarily fix this issue
