GGG do not provide technical support.

For years now, they have left that to the community. Somewhat unhelpfully, they don't even provide resources such as a knowledge base which would facilitate such community-based assistance.

I would expect your email to receive a response - but if it truly does pertain to a technical issue, I would caution you to lower your expectations. They will almost certainly just point you to the Technical Support (Path of Exile 1) forum section without attempting to help you.

Given the thread title, I would assume they have actually contacted techsupport@grindinggear.com.

My account was stolen along with my device, and after I got it back, I found out it was blocked. I've been trying to solve the problem for 2 days now, doing everything support asks.

This morning, they asked me to create a new account and log into it. I did that and wrote back to them. 12 hours have passed, and I haven't received a reply on what to do next.
Oh. Okay. Yeah, GGG will assist you with that. It's just regular account support.

The one thing I'd say is that GGG are positively infamous for the slow rolling of questions they use to try to verify one's ownership of an account; I wouldn't worry about them specifically doing that to you - that's how they operate with everyone.

Of course - given their unseemly long response times, one wonders whether them designing processes that involve so many responses per individual support ticket is at all wise...
