My account was stolen along with my device, and after I got it back, I found out it was blocked. I've been trying to solve the problem for 2 days now, doing everything support asks.
This morning, they asked me to create a new account and log into it. I did that and wrote back to them. 12 hours have passed, and I haven't received a reply on what to do next. |

The one thing I'd say is that GGG are positively infamous for the slow rolling of questions they use to try to verify one's ownership of an account; I wouldn't worry about them specifically doing that to you - that's how they operate with everyone.
Of course - given their unseemly long response times, one wonders whether them designing processes that involve so many responses per individual support ticket is at all wise...
