Validating - each time

Hi GGG

I just want to ask why every time I lunch POE 1 the game must validate first and it take 1H- 30min just to validate the go in to the game. But some time when it is done validating and I go in and the it is saying that there is an update but the game file just validate before loging in and there is no other update
