Petition to remove "Brutal Charge" sound effect.

Recently I found a new build I wanted to play and after gearing all the parts needed I found out that in my hideout and in maps you have a really annoying sound effect attatched to it when its gaining the charges..

Like the regular Power Charges do not have any sound effect when gaining them so why does brutal charge suddenly generate an annoying sound effect?

Please remove it from the game.
