Cast on Charm Use w/Pragmatism Explorer Armor

I have been having fun with this charm based build and found this belt exists. tried to use it with the build but Cast on Charm seems to be linked to charm charges used so it does not work at all with this chest piece.

I really think it should work together and hope this changes.
If you don't want to change how Cast on Charm works then the chest piece could be changed to "you have unlimited charges on charms" rather than "Charms use no charges"
